What is Spectra Carbonate?

We have been refining our lens material for 3 years and testing it with world-class athletes for 5 years. Spectra Carbonate is our lens material. We use it in all of our lenses it is more durable for riding in tough conditions, offers great clarity, so much so that you will forget they are there and they are frictionless, which means dirt and water don't stick to them.

Can I get an Industry Discount?

Yes.

If you are a full time employee in the cycling, motorcorss and skiing industry you are eligible for an industry discount of 15%.

Requirements are:

- Create an account on RDX

- Use your work email address to create the account.

- You will need to provide pay sheets spanning 4 months. (we don't need to see dollar figures, just dates).

All discount codes are capped at $700 USD.

Has my order been shipped?

RDX strives to ship all orders with 48 hours (business days). You will recived an email with tracking number once this occures.

Please check your spam/junk folders. 

During sale periods there can sometimes be shipping delays up to 24 hours.

Do I need to pay duties and taxes?

The customer is responsible for all local duties and taxes, please check with your local customs office before purchasing.

Is my RDX product covered by warranty?

Yes, all Red Dot Extreme products are covered for 18 months. If the product fails as a result of poor craftsmanship then it will be repair or replaced. This does not cover general wear and tear.

How do I clean my lenses?

It's very simple. You just need to wash them under some water but be sure to wash your hands with soap to remove the oils, then just wash your lense and put them back in your goggles.
